This policy explains the limited information Saveivo processes when you use the website and downloader.

Information processed

Saveivo processes the public video URL you submit, your selected quality, and technical request data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error logs. You do not need to create a Saveivo account.

Temporary media files

When server processing is required, a media file may be stored temporarily so it can be delivered to you. The default configuration deletes files after delivery and removes abandoned files automatically. When direct or object-storage delivery is enabled, the source platform or configured storage provider delivers the file.

Analytics

Saveivo uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve the service. Google and its partners may process cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, browser information, and similar technical data for traffic measurement, fraud prevention, and performance reporting.

Affiliate links

Saveivo may include clearly identified affiliate links to relevant third-party services. If you follow one of these links and make a purchase, Saveivo may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The third-party provider processes activity on its website under its own privacy policy.

Third parties and retention

Submitted links are processed against the relevant social platform. Technical logs and queue records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and service operation. Saveivo does not sell submitted video URLs or temporary media files.
